 photo by Mike Cameron The East Middlebuy Bridge on Lower Plains Road was damaged by the flooded river on Wednesday morning August 6th, 2008. Swift brown water swept bolders, trees and culverts downstream during an intense rain storm. A large hole in the black top could be seen (inset). More damage was experienced up stream.
