 photo by Mike Cameron Brown water quickly turned the Middlebury River onto swift moving rapids on Wednesday morning August 6th, 2008. Torrential rain caused serious flooding further up river and damaged bridges, roads and property. This shot was taken from the new bridge on Grist Mill Road looking northeast.
