 photo by Mike Cameron Businesses at the Corner of Merchants Row and Center St. in Rutland’s Main business district are still fueling the effects of a torrential downpour that sent storm drain water into their establishments in late June. This photo was taken from Depot Park on Wednesday June 26th 2008. Most of the businesses effected are well on their way to recovery. The city’s outdated storm drains remain a vexing problem.
