Safe Driving Reminders

Mirrors are an important driving aid.  Make sure they are properly aligned to your personal driving posture.

Cell Phones are a fixture in our society today but a hand held cellular phone can be a  distraction from your ability to drive safely.  A head set is a wise purchase, better yet pull over to the side of the road away from traffic and use your cell phone safely.

Night driving can effect different drivers in different ways.  Know your limits when driving at night and remember to switch drivers or pull off and rest on long road trips at night.    Learn what it means to be a defensive driver.  Never assume that the other drivers are watching out for you, It is quite possible that they are not.  Safe driving is everyone’s responsibility.

Know the inflation pressure for your tires....under or over inflation can be a serious problem in the long run.  Your Car Care professional can check this situation out for you very quickly.

Headlights can create problems when they are not properly aligned, they can also endanger you and other motorists.  Your Car Care Professional can determine if an adjustment is needed.

Having your vehicles inspection on schedule is designed for the safety of you and others and is done once a year, however it is a good idea to look over your vehicle for burnt-out lights and other problems  more frequently.

Care Care Reminders

Oil Change Regularly Including Filter and Lube...Don’t Forget Air Filter!

Get to know your Car Care specialist personally... that way you can better communicate your personal automotive needs.

Worn tires can kill gas milage and can also cause vibration in the front end because of uneven tread wear.  Over time this can lead to further costly repairs.  Your Car Care specialist can advise you when the time has come for you to invest in new tires.

Auto Maintenance Reminders

..Regular Tune-Ups will help to improve your vehicles performance and fuel economy.

...Let the mechanics check out your vehicle regularly, they work with cars and trucks everyday and can spot trouble long before we can as drivers.

Safe Driving Tips

...Have your windshield checked as soon as a crack appears further damage is not worth the risk to you or your passengers.

...Some people have had little or no experience when towing a trailer behind their vehicle. Make sure that you have the correct mirrors to keep what you are towing in sight and remember to stop and check to see if the wheel bearings are not heating up.  Remember to always have a spare  and the equipment to change trailer tires.

...Planning a long road trip requires just that, planning....know your routes ahead of time and remember to factor in unexpected clusters of heavy traffic.

...When you are driving in an unfamiliar area at super-highway speeds don’t hesitate to use the far right lane until you can familiarize yourself with the speed and the traffic flow.
