Theo Fuller Lowell

SALISBURY: Theo Fuller Lowell
   On the afternoon of Monday, March 27, 2017, Theo Fuller Lowell gently passed away surrounded by her loved ones at the UVM Medical Center in Burlington, Vermont.
   Theo was born in Shoreham, Vermont to Gladwyne B. Fuller and Clement James (Jim) Fuller on June 27, 1935.  She attended Burdett College in Boston, Massachusetts for business.  She had a long career as a realtor working alongside her second husband Forrest Lowell doing Real Estate and Auctions, antique appraising, and owned the Lady Fair Beauty Shop for many years.  She had her Auctioneer's license and did a few auctions herself, as well.  She most recently was in business as owner of D&F Excavating and Paving with her husband, Gary, and stayed involved with the business until her passing.  She enjoyed being very busy and enjoyed her family and friends, having coffee at Rosie's and Kampersville, feeding the birds, and had an amazing sense of humor that everyone enjoyed.  She was extremely intelligent and always had the answer for everything.
    She leaves her husband Gary Dupoise of Salisbury, her daughter Kandice Cook Heller and partner Michael Stone of New Haven, her daughter Helen Cook of Williston, her step-children Douglas Cook of New Haven, G. Peter Cook of Salisbury, and Mikie Cook Blair of South Burlington.  She also leaves her sister Sheila Fuller Siska of Chicago Illinois, several grandchildren, nieces and nephews and grand-nieces and nephews.  She was Nanny and Aunt Theo to many, both related and non-related.  She was beloved.  She leaves behind many special friends.
   She was predeceased by her parents, her sisters Mary Ann Knapp and Barbara Fuller, her nephew Mark Knapp, her grandsons Taylor Cook, Morgan Heller and Evan Heller, a step-son Heath Dupoise, and her first husband Douglas Cook and second husband Forrest Lowell.

Box 82, Goshen, Vermont 05733, a charity very dear to Theo's heart.  Always remember Theo with a smile and a laugh and share happy memories always.  She thanks everyone for being a part of her very happy life.  She enjoyed every moment of it.
   Arrangements are under the direction of the Miller & Ketcham Funeral Home in Brandon.
