Congratulations to the cast, crew, and directors of the Mount Abraham musical production of Mary Poppins and for turning an American classic into evenings of pure joy. Featuring all the singing, dancing, and wonder of that people expect from this well known and loved musical, the students took the audiences to the magical world of a no nonsense nanny and her magical friends. Whether jumping across the roof tops of London or leaping into chalk paintings, the theatrical production was a wonder. One could even use the term Mary Poppins loved herself. It was supercalifragilisticexpialidocious! The crowds loved it and it will long be remembered as yet another example of how the arts enhance, entice and better the lives of all involved.
