VUHS To Hold A 5k Walk/Run Benefiting The Wounded Warrior Project

On Sunday, November 1st  rain or shine, the grounds of Vergennes Union High School will be the site of a 5K Walk/Run. Designed for families, friends and seasoned runners alike, the course will use multiple trips around the VUHS athletic fields as the bulk of a 5K course and will end at American Legion Post # 14. With a registration fee of $10.00 per person or $30.00 a family, join family, friends and veterans to walk and run to bring awareness of the Wounded Warriors Project. Registration starts at 9:00 AM and end at 10:55 AM. The race begins at 11:00AM and finishes around 1 PM. After the race, stick around for awards and prizes in the downstairs of the Vergennes American Legion.
