It will be a family event on April 20th at the Eagles Club in Vergennes, Vermont when the Tim Brick Band takes center stage to sing, play and provide assistance to those battling Leukemia and Lymphoma. The group is pairing up with New Haven resident Linda Sweeney who is raising money for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Cancer Society after her uncle Jack lost his battle on December 21st, Motivated by Linda’s passion and resolve, Tim Brick approached her at the WOKO Flea Market and offered to do a benefit concert to help her reach her personal goal of raising $ 8,000.00 for the society. Linda is training hard at Middlebury Fitness, and will be biking 100 miles in the Teton Mountains in the 22nd Annual America's Most Beautiful Bike Ride in Lake Tahoe, Utah.

Families are welcomed and encouraged to come to the concert. There will be information about the trip as well as a chance to simply enjoy a GREAT local band and have fun dancing the night away. “ I want to help in a small way,” shared Linda.  “There is so much inner strength that people with cancer have to use to fight this disease. This whole journey has taught me so much and that each of us can help in our own way.
