Elizabeth K. Fiske

Bristol-Elizabeth K. Fiske 97, formerly of Middlebury, died Saturday evening June 18, 2011 at her home in Bristol.

   Born  June 15, 1914 in Cornwall she was  the daughter of the late Charles and Cecilia (Cummings) Delphia.  She was a graduate of Middlebury High School and attended Middlebury College.

   Elizabeth was a home maker and enjoyed gardening, sewing and was an avid reader.

   She is survived by her children, Kirk Fiske and his companion Anna Cousino of Middlebury, Karen Walsh and her husband Tim of North Pownal, VT; four grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews and her former daughter-in-law June Fiske.

   She was predeceased by her parents; her husband J. Clyde “Jack” Fiske who died in 1969 and by six brothers and two sisters.

   A graveside service will be held on Sunday June 26, 2011 at 2 P.M. in Weybridge Village Cemetery, Weybridge.
