Respect And Trust-Harvey Smith

Harvey Smith, who has earned our respect and trust as an effective legislator and leader in our community, will receive our vote on November 2nd. Harvey knows what it takes to find common solutions to keep our beautiful working landscape open and productive. He was the lead sponsor on the Farm Viability Enhancement Act, which is the fastest growing agricultural program in the state. The farm viability program helps all farmers large and small, organic or conventional develop business plans to make improvements to their current farming enterprise or find new product development and marketing opportunities to tap into the local food movement.

Harvey has demonstrated his leadership abilities in finding common ground solutions across party lines that benefit all Vermonters.

Harvey has the vision and insight to bring a bright economic future to Vermont while maintaining our scenic and productive working landscape for future generations.

We hope you will join us in voting for Harvey Smith on November 2nd.

Re-Elect Re. Diane Lanpher

I’m writing to urge the residents of Vergennes, Addison, Ferrisburgh, Panton and Waltham to vote to re-elect my mom, Rep. Diane Lanpher.  During these past two-plus years I’ve seen first-hand how hard she works.  She has incredible energy, and she’s totally committed to helping our families.  She treats her constituents just like she treated my brother and me when we were growing up: with lots of love and dedication.  With her support I was able to graduate from NECI, and am now running a successful restaurant in Vermont.  I’ve watched her give that same nurturing attention to her job as a legislator; she truly loves working for the citizens of Addison County and Vermont.  I’m proud of her, and I hope you’ll vote to re-elect her.  Thanks for listening.

Support for Spence Putnam

At a time when discussions on our economic, environmental, and health futures often create more heat than light, Spence Putnam has skills that we all need: thoughtful listening, open-mindedness, and a careful weighing of alternatives.

Weybridge residents see Spence in action each year as town meeting moderator. He’s respectful to every speaker, focuses discussions that range too far afield, and resolves points of order and amendments to the amendment with a self-deprecating touch.

Spence will bring those same qualities to the Statehouse as House Representative from Bridport, New Haven, and Weybridge.
