Middlebury McDonalds Set To Open

Construction workers continue to put a “full court press” on the McDonalds Restaurant project south of town.  The new state of the art facility will open with a gala day long event scheduled for Thursday, October 28, 2010.  The celebration will carry on into November.  Ronald McDonald will be on hand to greet customers.  The new McDonalds will donate 10% of opening day sales to be shared equally by the Mary Hogan School and the Bridge School. Customers can register to win a Sport ATV worth $3949.  McDonalds officials are looking forward to serving Middlebury and Addison County.  Ribbon cutting with Governor Jim Douglas and local Middlebury Officials will be at 3p.m. on the 28th.
