Dean Oulettee with his automatic tracking solar collector.  On many days the electric meter at the Oulettee home in Weybridge runs backward. Sun striking twelve solar panels generates adequate electric power to run their appliances. The array ends its day facing West. Early morning sun warms refrigerant in tubes of the carefully balanced frame and repositions the solar cells to start another day of power production. An experienced electrician in his spare time Dean has assembled systems with as many as 90 panels.
