Janet Baldwin Whitten

Panton - Janet Baldwin Whitten 68 passed away Saturday December 12, 2009 at Helen Porter Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center in Middlebury.

    She was born May 30, 1941 in Scotland the daughter of William and Jessie Muir Nelson.

    She is survived by her husband Winston W. Whitten of Panton; two nephews Ian Nelson of England, Bruce Nelson of Scotland; sister in law Audrey Nelson of Scotland.

    A memorial service was held on Friday December 18th at Brown- McClay Funeral Home in Vergennes. Burial was private. In lieu of flower, contributions may be made to Addison County Humane Society, 236 Boardman St., Middlebury, VT 05753.
