Obituaries 8-11-09 Madine G. ThomasBristol-Madine G. Thomas 92 died Tuesday August 4, 2009 at Addison House in Middlebury. Madine spent her youth and the majority of her life in Bristol. Along with her husband Tony they had numerous businesses in Bristol. The last of which was a retail store where they sold clothes and sporting goods. Predeceased by her husband Tony August 24, 2008 Madine is survived by three children, Terry Thomas of Bristol, Joyce Connors and her husband Joseph of Mashpee, MA., Antoinette Bouchard and her husband Ronald of Shelburne, VT., Madine is also survived by six grandchildren, Aaron Thomas and his wife Sarah and their three children, Jacob, Sadie, and Ella; Adam Thomas and his wife Amber of Lincoln: Susan and husband Trevor Pirman of San Francisco, CA: Ronald A. Bouchard and his wife Susan and their daughter Bailey of Shelburne; Robert T Bouchard and his wife Becky and their daughters Jillian and Sydney of Shelburne; Jodi Bouchard of Creeskill, NJ. There will be no calling hours. Burial will be at the family’s convenience. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Addison County Home Health & Hospice, PO Box 754, Middlebury, VT 05753.
